Cat Dooley

I am Cat Dooley, a photographer based in Iowa. I am currently a student at the University of Iowa where I focus my studies on filmmaking and art. I have always had a passion for bringing my camera wherever I go and decided to make a life out of it! I enjoy capturing the interesting people and things that surround my day-to-day life. I focus mainly in concert and event photography and I have an interest in fashion and editorial photography.

In my studies I cover every base I can! I recently am researching new technologies such as, AI art, virtual reality, motion capture, and algorithms. I am also learning about technologies that are new to me like analog film. I am lucky enough to have professors that support and uplift my many different interests! I hope to continute my explorations through my main medium of photography and learning how these new systems, softwares, and technolgies can amplify and change the way I view an image.
